Shared Calendar

Freddy has an internal calendar where you can enter all the times you're away and need a sitter. These periods are matched with your neighbours' calendars and you'll get match suggestions. Once you've found a fitting neighbour, Freddy adds the dates to your calendars and reminds you of your sittings!

Notifications

Freddy reminds you of your appointments and sends push notifications when it's your turn to sit or when your sitter has questions!

Pet Profiles

Pet profiles help sitters see at a glance what each animal needs. Owners can note play and cuddle preferences as well as important information about food or medication. You can also check beforehand whether the owner and their pets are a good fit for you.

Our Story

We are Marcus and Julia - software developers, designers, and also cat parents from Berlin. Like all pet owners, we often face the question of who will take care of our fluffy flatmates when we're on holiday or staying overnight with friends in another city.

Paying professional cat sitters is very expensive and often hard to find when you need short-notice care. We have great neighbours who have helped us out before, but since most of them don't have pets, it's hard to return the favour... We thought it would be great to know who in the neighbourhood is in the same situation and would like to help each other with pet care.

That's how we started developing Freddy.
